Artist Cherry Hussey’s Works are on Display in February

The East Room Gallery is awash in the bright and cheerful citrus colors of paintings by Keene artist Cherry Hussey this winter. The gallery is located on the first floor of the United Church of Christ in Keene, 23 Central Square.
Cherry paints scenes in either oils or acrylics of warmer places she has visited while traveling around the world for her job. She sketches ideas for paintings on site and from memory. When not traveling or painting warm landscapes, Cherry sings in the choir of the UCC-Keene. Her paintings are not for sale.
The East Room Gallery is open to the public from 11 am to noon on Sundays, and also by appointment. Contact the Church office, 603-352-4136. There is an accessible entrance from Vernon Street at the rear of the Church building. All are welcome.
