Come and enjoy a fun evening when the Northeast Men’s Summer Chorus sings at the United Church of Christ in Keene at 7pm, Thursday, August 8. Concert is free and open to the public. A donation is collected at the end of the program, to be used by the Church.
Northeast Men’s Summer Chorus (NMSC) is a group of singers who meet in August each year to perform a wide variety of music—musical theater, pop, patriotic, glee club, and spiritual selections—in three concerts in local churches.
The men and their families come from South Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Accompanist Kate Butterfield is a member of United Church of Christ in Keene. Special guest, soprano JoAnne Mead, will entertain during intermission.
The United Church of Christ is located at 23 Central Square, Keene. There is an accessible entrance at the back door, off Vernon Street or the Bank of America parking lot, with an elevator inside to the Sanctuary on the second floor. All are welcome!
